How long is the shipping time?
US and UK orders will be shipped via USPS & Royal Mail and International orders will be delivered via the relevant regional postal service.


Average transit times: 10 - 45 days (depending on country).


We try to deliver it faster every time! But there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.

I just placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
Please allow us 24 - 48 hours for processing and dispatch of your order.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this 24 - 48 hours after your order. You can track the progress of your order via our website here or for more detailed tracking information, here.

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?
Yes, but we only have a short window of opportunity (6 hours) to cancel or adjust an order before it is dispatched. The quickest way to contact us to request a cancellation is by contact@pro1cart.com. Please make sure you have all your order information available, including your order number, full name and email.
The subject of the email MUST be: "ORDER ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED"
In any other cases, we will not be able to help you with the inquiry.

If a customer receives a damaged product, contact us within 72 hours after the order was received with a photo and/or video of the problem. We will ship a new item as part of our guarantee.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost orders due to an incorrect customer address or an address without a telephone number. Compensation will not be provided. If the customer still wants to receive the order a 30% fee of the total order value will be charged for a new shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are returned or destroyed due to the customer failing to notify us of their travel abroad. Compensation will not be provided. If the customer still wants to receive the order a 30% fee of the total order value will be charged for a new shipment.
Compensation will not be provided if the customer is fraudulent or if the parcel is stolen by a relative or friend.
We do not provide compensation if the customer has deliberately damaged the watch.
If a parcel shows successful delivery, but the customer claims they did not receive it and refuses to request supporting documents from the post office, we cannot provide compensation.
We do not provide compensation for goods lost or damaged due to strikes by local government departments and trade unions.
We do not provide compensation for lost or damaged parcels caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
We do not provide compensation for loss of or damage to parcels caused by war between local and armed governments.
We do not provide compensation for parcels that have been refused delivery by the logistics company or directly seized or destroyed by customs due to the customer being a criminal.
